Membership & Billing Information

All Unlimited Monthly Tanning Packages are 30-Day unlimited sessions with no start up or cancellation fees. 

 

​If you prepaid for your tanning session or package up front, you are paying for tanning through a specific expiration date. It is your responsibility to take advantage of the service you have paid for before it expires in 6 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE or 30 DAYS AFTER FIRST USE for Monthly Tanning Packages.​​

When you are on a monthly auto-draft (EFT) membership, you are responsible for paying your dues each month regardless of whether you choose to utilize the service.

We DO NOT Accept Personal Checks. â€‹

We DO NOT Offer Refunds or Returns on Purchases, Including Tanning Packages and Lotions.

ALL Monthly Auto-Draft (EFT) Memberships Require A 3-month membership Minimum. A card must be saved on file and will be billed on the 1st of the month for 3 months. The First month package price will be prorated to the 1st of the month, then the card on file will be billed the full package price beginning the 1st of the following month. MUST notify in-salon at least 10 days before your next Auto-draft date to avoid any future payments.

 

No Start-up or Cancellation Fees. $5 Freeze Fee per month. MUST notify in-salon 10 days prior to next auto-draft date, then pay $5 per month to freeze your EFT membership. 3 Month freeze maximum - EFT membership will auto-cancel on the 4th month and the card on file will discontinue auto-draft payments, and EFT membership renewal will be required to resume EFT membership. â€‹
